1) Adequate provision cannot be made within the site for the parking of vehicles clear of the public highway to the detriment of the safety and convenience of users of the highway; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Adopted December 2005.
