Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00577
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on the 31 July 2011 when the use shall be discontinued unless before that date the District Planning Authority has granted permission for its continuation. Unless otherwise approved, the premises shall revert back to residential use in accordance with details and a timescale to be agreed in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To ensure that the premises reverts back to a residential use after the temporary permission expires.
(Policies 1 & 10, B.S.P.; SD1, BE8 & H7, S.B.L.P.R).
2) The premises shall only be used as a doctors surgery and for no other purpose including any other purpose in Class D1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order).
REASON: To control the development in the interest of amenity.
(Policies 1 & 10, B.S.P.; SD1, BE8 & H7, S.B.L.P.R).
3) All plant, machinery and equipment (including refrigeration and air conditioning systems) to be used by reason of this permission shall be so installed, maintained and operated as not to cause a nuisance due to the transmission of noise and/or vibration into any neighbouring premises.
REASON: To prevent nuisance from noise and vibration and to safeguard the amenities of the area.

4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawings Nos. 2498-01 and 2498-02 received 26 May 2006 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
