Conditions or Reasons:
1) The submitted plan fails to accurately illustrate the proposed roof form resulting from the angled gable wall of the proposed extension. Moreover there is a discrepancy in the location of the proposed first floor window on the front elevation when comparing the elevational and floor plan illustrations. As a consequence the Council cannot fully assess the proposal with regard to its design and form. As such, the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
