Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/01943/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed first floor extension to the rear will not appear as being subservient to the existing house as it is not set down from the ridge of the existing dwelling and will therefore be in conflict with this Authority's Technical Guidance to the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
2) The proposed first floor front extension, by nature of its size and siting represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene and the amenities of adjoining occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
