Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/01971/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey extension to the rear will not appear as being subservient to the existing house as it is not set down from the ridge of the existing dwelling and will therefore be in conflict with this Authority's Technical Guidance to the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
2) The proposal by reason of its siting on the boundary would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the amenities and outlook of the occupiers of nearby residential properties; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
