Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/01982/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The use of this land for playing fields shall operate for a temporary period until 1st June 2008, after whcih the land shall be returned to agricultural use unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to monitor the impact and the use of this land and to review the ongoing needs of the Rugby Club having regard to the rural location of the land.
2) Within one month for the date of this decision, details showing the siting and orientation of the pitches and position and height of goal posts shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the pitches shall be marked out within one month of the approval of the said details and retained as such, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reason: In the interest of maintaining the long term amenity enjoyed by adjoining residential occupiers.
3) The use of this land for playing fields shall only be exercised by Biggleswade Rugby Union Football Club.

Reason: Having regard to the particular circumstances of the Rugby Club and the rural location of the site.
