Conditions or Reasons:
1) The advertisements proposed, by reason of the illumination of the hanging sign and the size, colour and design of the fascia sign would have an adverse impact on the special character of the Conservation Area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policies CHE12 and DPS28 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
