Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development, by virtue of their size, siting and juxtaposition of Plot 1 with No. 82 Clophill Road, would appear overbearing and visually obtrusive to the detriment of the residential amenities of the neighbouring occupiers, as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
