Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension would, by reason of its size, bulk, excessive width and forward projection, be an obtrusive and incongruous development, being poorly related to the existing dwelling and thereby detrimental to the streetscene and surrounding area generally. The proposal would be contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
