Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by reason of its excessive depth and its orientation on the southern side of No. 25 Millards Close, would adversely affect the outlook from and general amenities of No. 25 by general over dominance and overshadowing. Therefore, it would be contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Local Plan and the associated Supplementary Design Guidance.
