Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00608
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before development begins, samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of all new buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) This permission does not extend to the retention of the outbuilding located in the position indicated with a green cross on the Block Plan received 09/06/06.
REASON: To identify the scope of this permission and avoid doubt.
(Policies 6, 7 & 24, B.S.P.; GB1, NE2 & NE3, S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan & Drawing No. 072/KEN/MAY06 received 01/06/06 and the Block Plan received 09/06/06 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
