Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development, if permitted would leade to an increased usage of an access at which visibility is substandard and below a level required to permit safe and convenient manoeuvre, to the detriment of highway safety, as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
