Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, by reason of the proposed rear dormer window, balcony and balustrade, result in overlooking and an unacceptable loss of privacy, detrimental to the amenity of the occupiers of the adjoining properties. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principle of good design as set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
