Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey rear extension, by reason of its orientation, overall excessive depth, height and proximity to the rear of No. 14 would result in an overdominant and imposing feature, which would also lead to overshadowing of this neighbour. It would therefore be to the detriment of the amenities of No. 14 Kestral Road and as such the proposal would conflict with Policy DPS6(i) of the Local Plan First Review December 2005 and to the Supplementary Planning Development guidelines in respect of extensions and elevations.
