Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by reason of its excessive depth and height, combined with its orientation on the south eastern side of No 5 Sand Lane, would adversely affect the amenities of that property by general overdominance, overshadowing and loss of sunlight and as such the proposed extensions would be contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Local Plan, and the associated Supplementary Design Guidance.
