Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development fails to make provision for suitable off street parking, which would lead to on street parking, resulting in unacceptable traffic congestion and additional hazards for users of the highway. Also the proposed development would result in an intensification of use of a substandard access, to the detriment of the safety of users of the highway. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Adopted December 2005).
