Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/00172/SE
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The maximum number of cats boarded at the site shall not exceed 36 at any one point in time during July, August and September between 15th December and 15th January each year and in the period commencing 13 days prior to Easter Sunday and ending on the Sunday 14 days after Easter Sunday and during half-terms as determined by the local education authority for the area. At all other times, the maximum number of cats boarded at the site shall not exceed 24 at any one point in time.

Reason: In the interests of neighbouring residential amenity.
2) The collection and delivery of cats to the premises shall be restricted to between 9am-10am and 5pm-6pm (Monday-Saturday) and not at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.
3) This permission shall not be exercised by any person(s) other than by Colin Timothy Warner and Amanda Jane Sedge and shall not enure for the benefit of the land.

Reason: The Local Planning Authority considers that the exceptional personal circumstances of the applicant override any planning objections which would normally compel the authority to refuse permission for the development hereby permitted.
