Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/00176/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the character of the area and the amenities, outlook and privacy of the occupiers of nearby residential properties; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
2) The proposed development, by nature of the excessive number of dwellings proposed, would result in an unacceptable form of development which is at odds with that adjoining and out of character with the surrounding area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
3) The proposal if permitted, would lead to the formation of an access which will interfere with the safe and convenient use of the access that serves High Meadows, leading to conflicting traffic movements to the detriment of highway safety.
