1) The development to which this permission relates shall be carried out within 3 months of the date of this permission.
REASON: To ensure that the unauthorised works are satisfactorily rectified.

2) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing received 12/06/06 and Side Elevation Drawing received 16/06/06 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
