Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its design, size and bulk, would result in the unacceptable enlargement of this dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the street scene and the amenities of adjoining occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan 2005.
