Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/00342/LDCE
Conditions or Reasons:
1) A Certificate of Lawful Use for Class B8 (Storage) as defined in the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 is granted in respect of the buildings only as hatched black in the amended block plan 0423/2 dated 5 February 2007, received 13 April 2007. The basis for this is that on the balance of probabilities, based on the evidence submitted, a change of use of the buildings took place for more than 10 years prior to the date of the application.
