Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey side/rear extension, by reason of its overall excessive height and width and its awkward design would result in an imposing and dominant feature in the street scene, on this prominent corner plot, which in turn would adversely affect the open character and appearance of the area. As such the proposal would conflict with Policy DPS6 of the Local Plan First Review December 2005 and to the SPD guidelines in respect of extensions and alterations.
