Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/00346/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The pattern of any new skirting shall be carried out only in accordance with drawing number 9787/03 Rev A, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy CHE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
3) The architrave profile should match that of the existing architraves shown to be removed, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

4) The new ceiling cornice and central rose shall be undertaken in fibrous plaster and their formal shall closely match the features in the room, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy CHE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
5) The detail of the window jambs and pelmet details shall be in accordance with that shown on the approved drawing, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy CHE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
