Conditions or Reasons:
1) The advertisements proposed, by reason of the size, colour and design of the fascia sign and hanging sign, would have an adverse impact on the special character of the Conservation Area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policies CHE12, DPS28 of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan 2005.
