Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed front extension would, by reason of its siting, forward projection and design, be poorly related to the appearance of the existing house and would detract from the streetscene and the character of the surrounding area, being contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
