Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/00491/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension is not sufficiently set back from the main front wall of the dwelling as required by the provisions of the Council's Technical Guidance: Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders (2004), this, combined with its width will give rise to an unacceptable terracing affect; additionally the proposed roof pitch on the extension is at variance with that of the main dwelling giving rise to an unacceptable discordant feature, contrary to the provisions of Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Befordshire Local Plan 2005.
