Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by reason of its excessive width and height and dormer detailing, would not match the style and proportions of the existing cottage, resulting in an overdominant form of development, which would be clearly visible from and consequently detrimental to the streetscene. As such the proposal would conflict with Policy DPS6(iv) of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan adopted December 2005.
