Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed retractable awning, by reason of its design, size and siting to the front of the main Public House, would appear as an intrusive and alien feature, adding to the existing clutter within the curtilage of the premises, out of keeping with and detrimental to the character of the street scene; as such it would be contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Beds District Council Local Plan 2005.
