Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/00664/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension at the rear, by reason of its size, siting and proximity to the boundary with no. 10 The Baulk, would appear overbearing and visually obstructive, resulting in an increased tunnelling effect, to the detriment of the outlook and residential amenities currently enjoyed by the adjoining residents; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
2) The proposed development, by nature of its form and content, would result in an unacceptable overdevelopment of the site resulting in inadequate private amenity space for future residents; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
