Conditions or Reasons:
1) By virtue of its size the proposal to extend the residential garden curtilage into the countryside is detrimental to the character and appearance of the surrounding countryside and will result in a loss of agricultural land; as such it is contrary to Policies CS9 and CS27 of the Mid Beds Local Plan First Review 2005.
