Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extensions and alterations, by nature of their excessive height and bulk, would result in the unacceptable enlargement of this bungalow to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area and the amenities of adjoining occupiers at 102 Shefford Road; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
2) The application contains inadequate information to make an informed assessment on the impact the proposed wind turbine would have on the character of the area and on the adjacent occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
