Conditions or Reasons:
1) The extension, by reason of its size, siting, bulk, and design will appear as an overly large addition to this already very much extended house to the serious detriment of both its character and appearance as well as its setting within the South Bedfordshire Green Belt. This will be in conflict with Mid beds Local Plan Policies DPS6 and GBT1 and Mid Beds District Council's design guide on House Extensions and Alterations 2004.
