Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/00819/CA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The pantiles shall be set aside for re-use in a replacement garden structure following the demolition hereby approved; the method and location of the storage of the pantiles shall be submitted for written approval by the Local Planning Authority and the scheme for replacement of the barn shall be the subject of a separate application for planning permission.

Reason: To safeguard these details so as to ensure their preservation and reuse and to maintain the character and appearance of the conservation area.
