Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed lean to extension, by reason of its overall design, height and its prominent location within the streetscene, would create an imposing and dominant feature in the area, to the detriment of the character and appearance of this part of Ampthill Conservation Area. As such the proposal would conflict with Policies CHE11 and DPS6 of the Local Plan First Review December 2005 and to the SPD guidelines in respect of extensions and alterations.
