Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/00829/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension to the side of this house will by reason of its height, siting and design appear as an overly large addition that is not subservient to the house but will appear to dominate it to the detriment of the character and appearance of the house, This will be in conflict with Local Plan Policies DPS6 and CHE11 and this Authority's Design Guide on House Extensions and Alterations.
2) The extension is to be located in a visually prominent position in the Conservation Area where it will by reason of its large size and design have a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the Conservation Area which will be in conflict with Local Plan Policy CHE11 and PPG15.
