Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal, by reason of the cramped and enclosed nature of the site, would provide for an unsatisfactory living environment for any future occupiers of the dwelling, by reason of lack of privacy, outlook and overall standard of residential amenity and would thereby be contrary to Policies DPS5 and DPS9 of the Mid-Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
