Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size, design and siting against the boundary with No. 143 St Neots Road, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the amenities of the occupants of the adjacent dwelling, No. 143 St Neots Road; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan (2005).
