Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would be a cramped form of development and by reason of the design and siting would appear incongruous in the streetscene resulting in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
