Conditions or Reasons:
The proposed extension by nature of its size and siting to the front of the property represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene and the amenities of the neighbouring dwelling at No 13 Kestrel Drive; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
