Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/01319/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed first floor side extension is not set back from the front face of the dwelling by one metre; as such the proposal is not subservient and is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005 and Technical Planning Guidance Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders 2004.
2) The ridge of the extension has not been set down from the existing dwelling; as such the proposal is not subservient and is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005 and Technical Planning Guidance Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders 2004.
3) The proposed extension due to its size and proximity to the adjoining property at 31 Rushbrook Close would have a detrimental impact upon the amenities of the occupiers of this dwelling by way of loss of light and overbearing; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
