Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development by reason of the inadequate length of the parking bay would lead to vehicles overhanging the public footway and would therefore lead to danger and inconvenience to other users of the highway. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
