Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/01465/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size and design, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
2) The proposal incorporates inadequate provision for the parking of vehicles clear of the highway which would result in vehicles interfering with the free flow of traffic on the adjoining highway to the detriment of the safety and convenience of users of the highway; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
