Conditions or Reasons:
1) The application contains inadequate information to demonstrate the works will not have a detrimental effect on the architectural or historic interest of the building; as such the proposal is contrary Policy CHE1B of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan 2005.
2) The proposed extension, by nature of poor design of the fenestration and door to the side elevation, would result in an adverse impact on the buildings architectural and historic interest; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy CHE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan 2005.
