Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/01606/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension by reason of its size, siting and design would have an adverse impact on the character of the existing property and that of the surrounding area contrary to the provisions of the Council's Technical Guidance: Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders (2004) and Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan (2005).
2) The proposal by reason of its size, design and siting would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse overbearing impact on the amenity and loss of privacy to the occupiers of nearby residential properties; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
