Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/01665/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Detailed scaled drawings of the doors hereby permitted shall be provided to the Council, as the Local Planning Authority, and approved in writing before works commence on site.Works shall be undertaken wholly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
3) The external colour of the doors hereby approved shall be translated from the exiting doors unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
