Conditions or Reasons:
1) In carrying out the demolition works to remove the conservatory the fabric of the existing dwelling house to be retained shall be fully protected during the course of the works. In the event of any damage taking place these works shall be made good in accordance with a specification to be submitted to and agreed with the LPA.

Reason: To preserve the fabric of a building identified as being of Local Interest in the Conservation Area Appraisal 2006.
