Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its location and size, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene and the outlook of the adjoining occupiers at 191 Lower Shelton Road; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
