Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed boundary fence would result in an unacceptable encroachment onto an area of landscaped amenity land and form a harsh boundary in a visually prominent location, and consequently would have an unacceptable adverse impact on the character and appearance of the area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan, First Review 2005.
