Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by reason of its size, forward projection, lack of set back from the front face of the building and increased roof height, would not be subservient to the existing dwelling, resulting in an unacceptable appearance within the streetscene thereby having a detrimental impact on the visual amenities of occupiers of neighbouring properties, contrary to policies DPS5 and DPS6 of the Mid Beds Local Plan First Review (2005) and Technical Planning Guidance - Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders 2004.
