Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00800
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the colour of the oil tank shall be submitted to and approved by the District Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved and thereafter, permanently retained in that state.
REASON: In the interest of preserving the appearance of the area.
(Policies BE8, GB1 & BE4/5, S.B.L.P.R).
3) Within three months of the date of the permission hereby granted, the existing oil storage tank shown on Drawing No. 378-0101-planning Rev 0, received 20th July 2006, shall be removed together with any associated installations and the site cleared to the satisfaction of the District Planning Authority.
REASON: In the interest of preserving the character and appearance of the area.

4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No. 378-0101-planning Rev 0 received 20/07/06 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
